H3 Property Development Group, LLC was founded in 2015 by brothers Chris, Brad, and John Holden to pursue their desire to bring life back to neglected and forgotten homes. With their broad knowledge in construction and a background in custom cabinet design, granite countertop fabrication, and furniture manufacturing, the brothers knew that progressing to whole-house renovations is a natural move.

Utilizing their master’s knowledge of the industry and more than 30 years of experience, the trio brings a high level of skill from the initial design to the final details. “We believe in the value of hard work and a strong team effort approach to every project we do.”

Since they began, the brothers have continually strived to build homes where families can feel safe, and they are truly proud of their community. “Our ultimate desire is to create a completed project that brings both beauty and equity to the neighborhoods we work in.
